Ingredients

400 g of our roasted meatloaf

1 kg of potatoes
-
200–250 g of grated cheese (Edam, Gouda)

200 ml of sour cream or heavy cream
-
1 onion
-
salt, pepper, and grill seasoning to taste

butter or oil for greasing

Procedure
-
Peel the potatoes, slice them, and parboil briefly.

Slice the meatloaf and thinly slice the onion.

Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
-
Layer potatoes, meatloaf, onion, cheese, and seasoning.

Pour over the cream and finish with a layer of cheese.
-
Cover and bake for 60 minutes at 180 °C.
-
Uncover and bake for another 15–20 minutes until golden.

Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
