Ingredients

  • 400 g of our roasted meatloaf

  • 1 kg of potatoes

  • 200–250 g of grated cheese (Edam, Gouda)

  • 200 ml of sour cream or heavy cream

  • 1 onion

  • salt, pepper, and grill seasoning to taste

  • butter or oil for greasing

Baked potatoes with meatloaf

Procedure

  1. Peel the potatoes, slice them, and parboil briefly.

  2. Slice the meatloaf and thinly slice the onion.

  3. Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.

  4. Layer potatoes, meatloaf, onion, cheese, and seasoning.

  5. Pour over the cream and finish with a layer of cheese.

  6. Cover and bake for 60 minutes at 180 °C.

  7. Uncover and bake for another 15–20 minutes until golden.

  8. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
