Cold roasted meatloaf

Ingredients

(for approx. 10 pieces):
• 10 rounds of dark toast bread (cut out with a glass or cookie cutter)
• 300 g pack of traditional Czech roasted meatloaf
• 5 cherry tomatoes
• 5 small pickled gherkins
• 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• salt and pepper to taste

Cold roasted meatloaf

Procedure

  1. Cut rounds out of the toast bread and toast them.

  2. Fry the meatloaf rounds (or ground meat).

  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes and pickles.

  4. Top each bread round with meat, mayonnaise, pickle, and tomato.

  5. Serve immediately.
