Ingredients

  • 3 slices of our roasted meatloaf

  • 150 g of green or brown lentils

  • water for cooking

  • salt, pepper

  • fresh parsley for garnish

Meatloaf with lentils

Procedure

  1. Rinse the lentils and cook them in unsalted water until tender, about 30–35 minutes.

  2. Drain the cooked lentils, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

  3. Slice the meatloaf and reheat it in the oven (150 °C for about 10–15 minutes) or in the microwave.

  4. Serve the lentils on a white plate, add the meatloaf, and garnish with a sprig of parsley.
