Meatloaf with mashed potatoes

Ingredients

4 slices of our roasted meatloaf

800 g of potatoes (starchy type)

100 ml of milk
-
50 g of butter
-
Salt to taste
-
Pickles for serving

Procedure

Peel the potatoes, cut into smaller pieces, and cook in salted water for about 15–20 minutes until soft. Meanwhile, heat the milk. Drain the potatoes, add butter and hot milk, and mash or whip until smooth.

Reheat the meatloaf slices in a pan with a little oil, in the oven covered with foil (150 °C for 10–15 minutes), or in the microwave (1–2 minutes).

Serve a portion of mashed potatoes with a small piece of butter on top, add the meatloaf slices and a pickle. Done!
